Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 June 2026

Private-pilot legal draft. Final legal review is required before broader public launch.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to customers using Zomia to participate in loyalty programs, view campaign progress, receive rewards, manage their customer account, and present QR codes to participating businesses.

Zomia is operated by Bellis Prennis, Fremersbergstr. 103, 76530 Baden-Baden, Germany. Contact: info@zomia.eu.

Business owners and staff may be subject to additional Business Terms.

2. Private-pilot status

Zomia is currently operated as a private-pilot MVP. Features, wording, screens, and workflows may change as the product is tested and improved. We aim to keep the service stable, but temporary interruptions may occur during the pilot.

3. Account

You must provide accurate account information, verify your email address where required, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You must not let another person use your account or QR code.

You are responsible for activity from your account unless caused by Zomia's fault or by a security incident outside your reasonable control.

4. QR code use

Your customer QR code is used to identify your account to staff during service. Old, refreshed, expired, revoked, or previously used QR codes may become invalid. Do not share your QR code with others.

5. Loyalty actions and points

Points are generated only when an authorized staff member registers a valid action for a participating business. The exact number of points depends on the mission, action, campaign, and business rules configured in Zomia.

Points are not cash, not electronic money, not transferable, and cannot be paid out. They are only loyalty progress indicators used inside the Zomia service.

6. Campaigns

Campaigns define how points or actions can lead to rewards. Campaigns may have start dates, end dates, completion limits, repeatable cycles, and business-specific conditions.

Only campaign progress shown by the service should be treated as the current technical state. If a business communicates additional conditions outside Zomia, those conditions must be clear to customers.

7. Rewards

Rewards can be used only while active and according to the rules shown in the app or communicated by the participating business. Once a reward is used, it may no longer be available.

The participating business is responsible for providing the actual product, service, discount, or gift connected to a reward unless explicitly stated otherwise. Zomia provides the software platform used to record and display the reward state.

Reward conditions, validity periods, redemption limits, and any product or service availability should be clear to customers before or during redemption.

8. Fair use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to manipulate points or rewards, use another person's account, bypass QR validation, submit false information, interfere with the app or backend systems, or use Zomia for unlawful purposes.

9. Suspension and account restrictions

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe that an account is misused, compromised, used fraudulently, or used in a way that harms Zomia, participating businesses, staff, or other customers.

10. Account removal

You may remove your customer account through the app where available. Some anonymized or historical business records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy, especially where needed for security, fraud prevention, business history, dispute handling, auditability, or legal reasons.

11. Privacy

Information about how personal data is processed is available in the Privacy Policy.

12. Liability and availability

Zomia is provided with reasonable care during the private pilot. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, security work, or provider outages. Liability wording must be legally reviewed before broader public use.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes should be made available before broader public use.
